• The Seven Meadows retail center at Fry Road
and Grand Parkway is now a major center that is

Bella
Terra
The
new Shops at Bella Terra on the southwest corner
of The Grand Parkway and Westpark Tollway opened
April of 2008. Super Wal-Mart and Kohl's are the
anchor stores that opened first. Others who have
signed on to do business at the Shops are: Petsmart,
Ross, Famous Footwear, Wachovia Bank, Taco Bell,
and Whataburger. The Shops at Bella Terra, when
completed, will be one of the largest mixed use

Located
at the intersection of FM1093 and Spring Green,
this new center will break ground in early 2009
and will offer over 350,000 square feet and will
be a blend of major retail anchors, streetscape
storefronts, sidewalk dining and professional offices.
Lowes will be one of the anchor tenants and they
are nearing final negotiations on a major grocery
