Our approach allows you more freedom and the ability to look at homes at your pace. It works well for us too, because this saves us time and overhead. As such, we're happy to pass along these savings directly on to you.

In most cases, we'll share up to 30% of the commission that we receive from the New Home Builder. This won’t increase the Sales Price, in fact, we often negotiate an even better deal. But it does mean thousands of extra dollars in your pocket! Of course, we will help you all the way through the process too, including selections and options on homes to be built.
