Work-life balance
This is a popular phrase today. The fact that "work"
comes before "life" in the phrase suggests that
work is first in the order of our lives. Not true, I say.
Work, whatever it is for you, should serve the life you want
and deserve. As your coach, I will help you discover and determine
priorities that align with your values, actions that align
with your principles and boundaries that keep those priorities
safe.
Professional advancement
If you choose to further your position in your company, firstly
we'll explore what that will give you by
describing clear gains to be made. Then we'll determine the
gap between where you are and where you want to be. I focus
on the best of who you already are and the strengths that
support that.
Personal growth and fulfillment
This is really a big picture look at your life. We'll start
with a 100-point assessment that explores your current quality
of life. Then, we'll focus in on what you want most, such
as:
1) how to attract more love, friends, money and energy into
your life
2) how to repel problems, guilt, "if only's" and
"yes but's" from your life
3) simplifying your life and reducing stress.
Note: a group coaching program, Life
Planning, is also available to cover this area.
Business enhancement
I use a 3-S model for business owners. We'll determine
if you are in Survival, Stability or Serenity mode. Survival
- just trying to get the thing going, staying alive and making
it through the treacherous first 2-3 years. Stability
- now trying to build steady client base and are past how
to pay the bills and into how to handle all the business that
is coming in. Serenity - after having survived the
start up and built a viable business, the owner may question
"what's next". There might be a feeling of burnout
at this point or boredom. The owner might be thinking of expanding
or creating a new product/service.
Then,
we'll create goals, strategies and action plans to move you
to the next stage and beyond!
