As a Personal Trainer,
many people are surprised to find out that
my wife and I love to dine out at some of Houston’s finest restaurants.
We try
to experience a new restaurant at least once a month.

of the beholder.

We recommend that you see your physician
prior to increasing your physical activity.
Therefore,
our hope for our clients
is that they change their lifestyles. This
might include:

intake
- cardio
- dietary
support (multivitamin)

We
recommend doing stretches
in between your workout days. And
see a massage therapist at lease every 2
months. This will help to prevent soreness.
