Door To Door Fitness brings the gym experience to you minus the drive time there and back.  Instead of spending money on a gym membership with monthly dues and extra for personal training, the financial focus is just on your personal training.

After spending years as a fitness trainer in some of Houston’s finest workout facilities, some of the most common reasons I consistently heard for why people did not come to the gym regularly were:

  • "The gym is too far away from my home or office"
  • “I feel embarrassed or uncomfortable working out in front of others”

Door to Door Fitness is my way of making health and fitness more convenient for everyone.





A personal trainer will come out to your place and will help you determine your goals. Then the trainer shares your workout routine with you. By approving your workout routine, you establish that you are not trying to accomplish your fitness goals by yourself, but rather that you have help! By working as a team, Door To Door Fitness believes that you’ll be motivated throughout your hour-long workout.
