Allowing the hardest-to-get-to-drill-sites accessibility, (forest, jungle, woods, hills, lakes, rivers, mountainous terrain, etc.) featuring easy rig-up and tear-down in minutes, and this rig is tough - capable of drilling to a depth of over 200 feet when drilling with mud or air, and to a depth of over 100 feet or more depending on formation with hollow-cored augers.

Portability:

Designed with three modular units which can be man carried, or equipped with wheels to be pulled by man, vehicle, animal, or even ATV. This rig can be installed on the bed of a truck, trailer, or even an air boat. It is less than 2 feet wide and 3 feet long making it possible to be carried in tight or otherwise impossible trails. No need to cut down trees, reducing land damages.

LIGHT WEIGHT:

Each component weighs from 120 to 255 pounds, is designed with detachable handles, and is easily carried by two men. As an option, detachable wheel kits are easily installed for push or pull movement.

The core design of the Wildcatter 200 consists of three modules, (1) the 19 hp air cooled engine with hydraulic pump, (2) the hydraulic tank with attached driller hydraulic control system, and (3) the drilling mast with a swivel mounting (for which patent is being applied), featuring easy make-up and break out. All parts and components are kept in stock and readily available.

The swivel, manufactured in Texas and used throughout the world, is used while auguring, drilling with mud or utilizing an air hammer tool. Our standard hollow auger and drill pipe tool joints are the same size, both tool joint threads being the same as the pin end of the swivel, eliminating the need for a cross-over sub to the swivel and allowing quick change from auguring to drilling operations.

The standard mud pump, also manufactured in Texas, is powered by a diesel engine, and is a positive displacement pump delivering high volumes of mud. The design of the pump allows it to carry large solid particulates that are quite common in shallow hole drilling. All parts are readily available throughout the world. Wildcatter 300

Designed by drillers for drillers, it is trailer mounted or can be pick-up truck mounted. A Hydraulic Top Head Drive, powered by a 34 hp electric start, air cooled diesel engine, is rated to 300' using the recommended mud pump.

The 4” diameter mast is hydraulically raised and lowered in seconds allowing for quick rig up and rig down. The Hydraulic oil tank capacity is 50 gallons and is equipped with heat exchanger, filters and quick connect hoses where necessary..

The Unit: 40” W x 66” L x 39” H. Mast is 156” in length.
